1. Introduction

Welcome to mega38. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and mega38 ("Platform", "us"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any mega38 service, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms stated in this document.

This agreement takes full effect from the moment you begin using the mega38 platform. If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately stop using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.

2. Member Eligibility

3. Registration & Account

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) mega38 account. Registering multiple accounts, whether using different names, IP addresses, devices, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account closure without notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, correct, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as stated on your official identification document.
• A valid and accurate date of birth.
• An active, reachable email address.
• A valid Malaysian mobile phone number.

An Identity Verification (KYC) process will be carried out before your first withdrawal is processed. Required documents may include a copy of your identification card (MyKad), a utility bill, or a recent bank statement as proof of address.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. mega38 will not be held liable for any losses arising from a member's own disclosure of their password to a third party.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal

Deposit Policy:

• The welcome bonus is only available to new members who have never made a deposit previously.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or directly converted to cash.

7. Prohibited Activities & Fraudulent Conduct

• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage.
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location for the purpose of circumventing geo-restrictions.
• Collusion between members in table games or sports betting.
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity conducted through the platform.
• Exploiting technical bugs or system vulnerabilities for unfair advantage.

If mega38 detects or suspects any of the above activities, we reserve the right to suspend the account, withhold associated funds, and report the matter to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the member.

8. Account Closure

Members may request closure of their mega38 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days.

Mega38 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict a member's account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any term within this Agreement.
• Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the specified timeframe.
• Member requests for self-exclusion through the responsible gaming program.
• Instructions from the relevant authorities.

For voluntary account closures in good standing, any valid remaining balance will be returned to the member once all required verifications have been completed.
